At Little Fox Photography, I offer inclusive Celebration Collections designed to provide the best in fun, professional event photography. Each package includes high-resolution digital images in a convenient online gallery for easy sharing, a complete event gallery delivered on a custom engraved USB, a portrait session (usually scheduled about two months before your event), and a product voucher to use toward beautiful custom albums or wall art.

What is included in Celebration Collections?
What type of photography can we expect for our celebration?
What if our event time goes over what we have booked?

How many photographers will be shooting my event?
-All celebration collections include event coverage from a professional photographer, professionally edited images from your event on a custom engraved USB with a case, an online gallery of images for sharing with loved ones.
-You will see different types of photography in your gallery as it is needed throughout your event.
You can expect:
▪ Detail shots (Cake, dress, accessories, venue details, etc.)
▪ Portraits (Individual/guest of honor, Family, etc.)
▪ Documentary /photojournalism style shots (getting ready, candid, special events, cake cutting,
etc.)
-Every collection includes a set number of hours, but celebrations rarely run-on schedule. If your event happens to run over on time, I will come to speak with you to let you decide if you would like for me to stay extra time and it will be rounded up to the next hour. Additional Hours are 250/hr and will be billed to you following event, images are not released until extra hours are paid in full. This will not be done without your consent.
- I do not require, nor prefer to have a meal break, if there is time in between important shots, I will take short breaks for a small snack or sip of water, but I am there to document and I don’t want to risk missing anything important.
-Turnaround time for event galleries is about 4-6 weeks. You will receive your online gallery access as soon as they are ready.
Yes, payment plans are available for all event collections. A deposit is required to secure your event date. The balance is split between the remaining number of months before your event date, due the 1st of each month.
-Yes, I will retain copyrights for the photos. However, you will receive a copyright release for prints up to an 8x10 for your photos.
-No, not under any circumstance do I provide or offer the un-edited digitals from your event. Rest assured that I have gone through every single photo and if it is usable, it will be in your gallery. There will be no special missed moments. I promise, you are getting the best shots available from your event.
I am the sole photographer for Little Fox Photography. If your occasion requires extra photographers, I will choose a second shooter from other professionals that match my style of photography and there will be an add-on fee of 100/hr.
